Yeah, me too. I asked the service director at the premier desk at LAX and he just said it happens.

Its a shame because MEL-LAX on UA99 is great! The plane is great, the crew is younger/energetic and eager to please and the route is very nice.

I guess the same issues won't happen on 839 since it arrives at T7 or at least used to?
