Stayed here for one night last August. Overall seemed like a busy, if not a little worn hotel. The Mrs. and I drove through on part of a North Ireland tour, and didn't spend too much time in Belfast.
PROS
+ Location - lots to see, do, and eat in the area. Not too dodgy.
+ Room was decent and clean.
+ They filmed "The Fall" here, which was a nice bonus. Hooray, celebrity hotel.
CONS
- no recognition of status - both Mrs. Selfish and I are gold members, but upgrades were out of the question since the place was packed.
- breakfast was pretty ho-hum compared to other Irish hotels - even the Radisson Blu Letterkenny.
- hotel can get pretty packed, especially during tourist season
- parking is super sketchy and crammed as others have mentioned. I feared for my rental's doors when making narrow turns. That being said, this was fairly consistent with my experience at most European parking garages.
Overall our stay was kind of middle of the road. Nothing impressed, but nothing stood out as horrible. Decent value for points in the region.
