+1 Sadly yet to find a call centre in India that is truly worthy of being a centre of assistance, never mind excellence; not that they are necessarily great elsewhere. At least that is one area of 'service' BA can't enhance away any further

I am reasonably sure there are teams around looking to find places where call center experience can be "Enhanced to new levels". Who knows there may be a hidden country under the pacific and people there may be willing to man the phone line for peanuts (literally).
