Agreeing with mc1973 and renwaldo, above. This site was extremely helpful last year when I made a claim re a cancelled BA flight and provided wonderful advice and support as I gnashed my teeth over the initial 'sorry it was extraordinary circumstances' comeback from BA through to the Huzar judgement in October when the floodgates seem to have opened and BA are now paying up promptly (including me in NZ).
