one month after my issue, the company has decided to answer my email
i guess that they just found out how to read and write emails back, because there is absolutely no email body, just a PDF file attached
saying that they are sorry and in order to compensate, i would benefit from a one-way upgrade to a higher class on a next VN flight (the offer seems valid for a year from today)
but considering how the document is made (just my name, no post address, no file number, no reference number), they are asking me to book a R/T ticket and show the letter at the counter
there is absolutely no way i get screwed again
i don't want any bad surprise showing up with a letter which has no value and no guarantee of granting me anything
