It was certainly the case a few weeks ago (as a Oneworld Emerald, but I don't think QR make the distinction). I assume everything will change, however, when the Al Safwa (proper F) lounge opens and there is a reallocation of lounges. Don't forget to venture upstairs if you are hungry.
