thebasource maps, referenced above, are the most accurate seat maps I know, and I wouldn't assume there are any extra leg room seats apart from those at the bulkheads (which have already gone, if I have understood correctly).

Given what you have said, I would go for towards the back but away from the very back. So perhaps 30A and 30B or around there? In WT you can't assume an empty seat in your mini row, but if you are further back you can easily see empty seats around you and move if necessary. More likely, if you pick A and B seats, whoever is in C may move off their own volition.
