This is absolutely excellent information c-w-s and all involved in the production of it. When I had my EU261 claim myself (12 weeks and counting, but that's another story...), knowing about Flyertalk meant that I had a wealth of knowledge and experience easily accessible, but I did look elsewhere online and found nothing even comparable to what's in this thread.
