~~There are no special caps for Times Square. Whether you spend at Times Square or not the weekly cap is 200 RC and overall cap is 1400 RC.~~

Edit: Sorry, my bad. The cap for all shops other than Broadway is 60 RC per week and 420 RC overall. That translates into $1000 (60 / 0.06) per week and $7000 (420 / 0.06) overall.

The 200/1400 cap includes spending in Broadway and Mannings. Sorry for the confusion.
