Yup. Most of my friends and family complain about flying in cramped seats with crappy service all the time. However, they either would not be able to afford to fly otherwise had it not been for WS, TS, WG, Rouge, and/or HD configs; or they just like saving money.

If getting you there safety means a delay, etc. then so be it...
