You can reschedule many times. I changed mine quite a few as my interview was originally during "super storm sandy" at JFK. You can do it online up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Schedule an appointment, you have to schedule one within 30 days from approval I believe, and then change it as the time you want opens up.
