I arrive to SGN on AF in C (scheduled arrival 7:25), and will depart on VN to HUI on a separate ticket at 9:00. I will have luggage to check, and am SkyTeam Elite Plus.

I was wondering:
a) would my bags be delivered to my SGN-HUI flight or would I have to pick them up in SGN?
b) how much time do I need to transfer at SGN - I have the visa, and am generally a fast walker.
