I don't think this particular issue has any connection with the merger with US Airways.
Overnight processing did not seem to help: upgrade balance and reservations/holds are still not showing up on my wife's account.
Other than cc info, which was not mentioned in the email, how could the AA info be used or accessed fraudulently? This is very puzzling, and it's made worse by the fact that we can't even call for more info until Monday.
