Book the flights with a layover in an intermediate timezone, spend a night in Central or Mountain time and the Jetlag will be considerably less bad coming home.

I prefer flying LHR-ORD-HNL with a day/night in Chicago to deal with timezone changes. Changed to this tactic after consistent bad experiences flying it in 1 go, often via LAX/SEA.

Otherwise caffeine to stay awake and over the counter sleeping aids to make sure you sleep during nighttime in your arrival timezones or on the night flights going home.
