(You seem to be describing [part of] the Holiday Inn Express breakfast, not the orderable menu items at the typical Holiday Inn restaurant. And meanwhile, if so, you see to have missed the fact that Holiday Inn Express also typically has hard-boiled eggs, and hard-boiled eggs are extremely hard to make from premixed powder!)
