Made an award booking through the call centre as I couldn't get the website to function. I received an email confirmation with the 5 character alpha numeric Record Locator and the ticket number but can't bring up my reservation on the Malaysian website. Is there anywhere else that I can view the reservation? checkmytrip and virtuallythere don't recognise the Record Locator
