CRJ-900 vs. 738 or 757 for 2.5 hour flight

I am looking at flights from LAX to SEA. Dates/times are flexible, probably sometime in March.

My options are a CRJ-900 or a 737-800 or a 757 for a direct flight. The CRJ is operated by a regional, obviously, and the other two are Delta metal.

Any preferences from people that have flown this route? I'll be in Economy. I realize there's probably not a huge difference.
