All answered above. My flight from LGW to BCN last July was very similar to an Iberia flight I thought.

On lounge access I was told two different reasons for being denied access (I was Silver status at the time):

- At the Galleries Lounge reception I was told that I needed Gold status to use it.

- BA told me via Twitter the reason I was unable to enter the lounge was my flight was not a 'One World partner' (despite buying it via the BA website).

Rather confusing?
