Aeroplan Rewards surcharges on overseas flights
Just booked YYZ-WAW-MAD with LOT in J for $150 and back BCA-ZRH-YUL-YYZ with SX for $50. So $200 both ways in J. It works out to about 13 hr each way but worth it.
