I have gotten miles and *G benis before when I was on a codeshare flight operated by a *A carrier. YMMV here and it does depend on the carrier. When you come with an AI BP and a *G card to a *G lounge I don't see how they can refuse entry. Earning miles will be a different story, that's more tricky whether A3 will allow it.
