Furthermore, I find it very difficult to credit your statement that you never once re-visited this forum to become aware of the issues relating to this promotion, but yet you seemingly visited this website often enough to establish a presence in other forums.
In addition, I also do confess a distaste for those who churn credit cards and chase after MS -- others may differ, but that's me.
In any event, if I were you, I would accept the 25,000 points they offered to you and move on -- they are unlikely to accede to your request given that you have very little stay history with them, nor much by way of future bookings.
