I am at a Hampton Inn and my room does not have functional black out curtains. There are some that frame the window, but the tracks do not extend across the window. I am on the west side of the building, but the building across from me reflects the light right back into my room. Is this something that falls under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I doubt my room is special about the curtains.
