I started doing this in January and have managed to get a lot of free things that I probably might not have bought otherwise. Unfortunately it becomes addictive. Some items are ones I regularly use. I'm planning on donating some of the other items to a women's shelter or homeless shelter. I always get the items in teh rebate book that are marked "free".
