NB: AA marketed flights, operated by EY, do count for the challenge. For eg AUH-JFK or ORD-AUH. But in this case you need a ticket issued by AA and the flight is a codeshare AA/EY.

Or were you talking about the miles you will fly on EY in the next weeks? Afaik (I booked the same) this is an EY Z-fare. Z-fare is excluded from any earnings on AAdvantage, unfortunately. No bonus, and apparently not even base miles.
