It'll be interesting to see just how much influence $ has under the new system. I'm Plat now, but only made 51k PQM and 53 PQS, but my PQD is 9.5k (i.e. almost enough for 1k). I'd be nice if I could retain Plat, but definitely not counting on it. Just glad I kept Gold to be able to get E+ at booking....
