Upgraded on a 767 winglets JFK-LAX on 1/7. Never saw an upgrade list; I did see it when I checked my itin in the SkyClub about an 90 minutes before the flight and saw the new seat assignment. Lots of shuffling of seats on the plane including at least 2 non-revs moved from BE to coach.
