Most US Airways flights leave from Terminal 4. If your incoming flight is on time, you've got a decent shot at making the flight. If it's even 10 minutes late, you're likely to misconnect.

I'd certainly try to have 90 minutes between a domestic an international flight in PHX, from Terminal 4. At least 120 minutes (150 minutes preferred) if you have to change terminals.
