On the A380 60KL are considered the "best". I prefer the center seats in row 61 or 62. These allow direct aisle access. 60KL are more private with a little more forward room but the person in the window seat needs to climb over 60K to get out.
The 777 I would go for the forward cabin, row 2 or 3. Note that most of the 777s is 2-3-2 seating unless you happen to get the new configuration of 1-2-1. Not all routes are upgraded yet, so check the seat map on Airfrance.us to confirm your aircraft layout. Avoid the center seats like the plague if still 2-3-2 configuration.
No experience on the KLM flights
AFAIK the only AF TATL route using the new 77W in 1-2-1 configuration is JFK-CDG. When I looked, it wasn't available for the DL Thanksgiving and Christmas sale fares, although other routings with AF TATL segments were offered.
Otherwise, all of the AF and KLM business class seats seem bad compared to DL's wide body aircraft. On intraEU flights in Eurobusiness, AF feels much more spacious than KLM. It looked like about a 3-4 inch difference in pitch to me, with the AF padding being more comfortable too.
