The first two bags are over the carry on size limit of 22" x 14" x 9". The third bag (Eagle Creek) in the "unexpanded" mode, has published dimensions equal to the allowable size limit of 22" x 14" x 9". (I would confirm with tape measure).
If your intended use is as a carry on, realize you may not be able to use it in the "expanded" mode.
