I'm still not following you. What do you mean by 'countries involved'? Involved in what, a smoking conspiracy? Most luxury resorts in Switzerland do not have a very 'lax attitude' towards smoking in their lobbies (I'm in Switzerland a few times a month), but typically have a smoking lounge. Why should it bother you that some rooms are smoking? Does it bother you that there might be some people smoking in the parking lot?
