They are starting to get rid of the higher mileage ones. I haven't done a one way in a while, but all my rentals that return to the same location have been relatively low mileage (12k or under) lately. Might have something to do with me renting 3-4 times/month, almost exclusively out of DCA.

As for the headrest, someone popped the headrest off and then put it back on backwards - to get it back in the normal position, you need to pull it completely out and the flip it back. And nice - a Taurus is a PCAR and a car on my list to try (Especially a silver of black one )
