I'll disclose a possible conflict of interest, as I've been a lifetime member for many years, but I recommend South American Exolorers, a nonprofit with club houses (including top notch information, cultural offerings, exchanges, luggage storage, VOIP to the US, etc. in Buenos Aires, Cusco, Lima and Quito.
