I have. On UA in a paid BF ticket on PS flight. It has been a year or so now, so I can't remember what I was asking her for as I came out of the lav, but the captain turned on the seatbelt light just as I finished. She didn't answer me, and told me to take my seat and buckle up now. All with a healthy dose of attitude.

In fairness, that was the one bad FA on that flight. The rest were really delightful.
