That's a pretty good one. And with this hack, I think one could set a minimum of $0.01.
Though clearly out of bounds (i.e., fruadulent, wrong, bad, not proper behavior) I don't see any way they could prove you did anything.
It's just another example of how bad programming = bad security in the big bad internet age.
