I do, with American Express Platinum (Funny enough, on my previous flight with Air Canada, they lost something too and Amex paid).

But how do i file a claim if no one is answering the phone?
How do i get an incident report if they are not acknowledging my email?

American Express maximum payout is $500 for lost bag, $250 for lost content. I have a damaged bag with 0 contents.
