The OP didn't say 20K was insulting they said it seemed weak. 140K points for 3 cold showers (one of which may have been lukewarm) seems excessive to me. Remember the OP wasn't in the room for three days and also didn't mention anything the first time.
The OP was pretty lukewarm in complaining. For all you know if they complained the first time it may have been fixed by the time they returned.
I think a days credit (40K points) would be fair.
