No ... I agree with you. That is the risk and you were absolutely right to point it out. IHG are a law unto themselves it seems.
The issue is pronouncing this as fraud. I don't know whether it is or not, but I doubt it is clear cut at all.
Agreed. With IHG nothing is ever clear cut.
