Very interesting, looks like NK dropped DFW as its route to Latin America from flyover states and switched it to Houston (only see Los Cabos and Cancun nonstop ex DFW). Don't recall seeing that on AirlineRoute.net. Or maybe they just switched Toluca/Mexico City to Houston and added a bunch of new routes.
Then again, all those new flights come with a "Subject to Gov't approval" line, so must be pretty new.
