My rollaboard which is carried on and checked 50/50 has a DM tag - only for the purpose that someone might actually handle it better, make sure it makes the connection, etc. I use the old one that has my SM number as additional id if the tag falls off. Have not seen the new ones yet, but last year's were worthless without the SM # on them.

My laptop bag that is always carried on has no DL tags; I have an IHG tag because it has a place for id. I have no interest in anyone knowing my status, none of their business.

I toyed with the idea of putting one of my wife's GM tags on my bag just to screw with people.
