Bit annoyed and will wait to see how this is handled:
Submitted a claim which was subsequently approved but then had to make a change to my dates. Accepted that a new BRG needed to be submitted and subsequently got rejected as "The site was only for UK residents" when it was the same site which was approved in the first instance.
