I'm not sure if there is a guideline to follow here, but I'll ask anyways, in hopes that someone knows.
I booked 3 nights at the Pan Pacific Manila hotel, for Feb. Is it better to inquire with the hotel about paying for an upgrade now, about a month early, or should I wait till I check in? In other words, will the price of the upgrade go down since its last minute, and they prob wont be able to sell the more expensive room? I bought the basic hotel room through Orbitz, if that matters.
