eBay, Amazon, or whatever EDS cards you can buy. All the cash equivs don't work anymore.
For a while the phone cards were giving 10x points so you could easily max out. It's back down to 2x iirc.
Check your Just for U personalized offers (or sign up if you don't have it). They routinely have 40-60 cents off per gallon offers if you spend a certain amount in groceries. You also get 1-2 free items every week or so.
