Did you switch your FF number to your AA number first? If you just log in to aa.com and pull up the itinerary with the record locator that will not give you your PLT benefits.

If you do have your AA PLT number in the reservation and aa.com is still not showing any MCE seats they could all be taken. Have you tried a dummy booking to check the complete seat map for your flights?
