Seen this in J for quite a while. Been happening in F for ages too:
Vintage Port -> 20 year old tawny port -> 10 year old tawny port.
Oscietra caviar -> Calvisius Venise caviar.
Balik salmon -> nothing.
Wonder when the Krug will get downgraded...
