More seriously, in a world where Holiday Inn Express is forced to change all its adverising because it does NOT offer 'free breakfast' (since, apparently, if no-one pays for it then it cannot be called free) I'm sure the ASA would find something to have a go at. It only needs one complainant as Holiday Inn Express found out.
