SCB AE no longer has designated travel agent category.
If you're buying tickets from cathaypacific.com direct, either use your CCB eye for $2.14/mile or alternatively (if you're travelling in the booking) CX Elite Amex for $3/mile.

Unfortunately not - use whatever seasonal promo is on. My mother does pay for her travel, for her Christmas ticket I was forced to use Bankcomm's crappy 2% promo cos nothing else better was on (I'll use CCB 939 this month).
