you are confusing what you are worth and what you get paid.

If I am paid £1000 a day by my company do you think I have to generate that amount of profit ? Sadly not .... 1 hour of my time might cost my company £1000 but me working at just 80% May cost them £2000 or more ! All our traders are expected to generate at least 10 times our annual salary otherwise job is certainly not safe.
