AHAH Funny you say that... a year ago I had a 6 hour delay from Zurich to NYC and saw wrote asking about EU261. I got a prompt answer claiming that no problem they would either compensate me for 600e or give me vouchers for tickets worth 2000$. I obviously chose the vouchers but never actually received them. Been trying to chase randomly for a year now with no success. At least I got the 'idea' of a compensation which is something.
