Turning the question around a bit...

The plane (GEDDIT!!!) fact is that many companies do ship their employees around the place in F or J. The question should instead be why companies able to pay premium fares do not allow F or J travel. The reason of course is so that the CEO can make a multi-million-dollar bonus and the shareholders can get higher dividends. Such companies can, as far as I am concerned, hire somebody else.
