It's one of those sign-up and then you get details. Most likely there will be a postcard in your "welcome packet", which you have to fill out and send in. Then, they'll send you a "survey" to order your gift card. Each step takes a few weeks, and in order to get the gift card you have to stay a member of the club in order to be eligible.
